Nicolas Cage Wants to Be In ‘Batman 3’

MTV is reporting that Nicolas Cage is interested in playing a villain in the next Batman film.
“I would love to play a supervillain, “Cage told MTV News. I think that would be a whole lot of fun. Yeah. If they call and invite me, I’d do it … Certainly.”
I am sure almost any actor at would jump at the chance to play a Bat-rogue, but Christopher Nolan is very specific in his casting. Normally Nolan doesn’t cast the obvious actor and he has a tendency to cast non-Americans. Honestly, I believe the chances of Cage getting cast in the next Batman film are slim and none … Batfans keep your fingers crossed.
