John Cena Dispels ‘Captain America’ Rumors

WWE wrestler John Cena has put to rest rumors that popped up earlier this week that had him playing the title role in Marvel Studio’s The First Avenger: Captain America.
“To kill the rumor, I was never contacted by anyone,” Cena told MTV. ”Usually when those rumors start it’s because somone in that community thinks that I would be OK for the role. I am flattered that they think I could play Captain America and I would be up for it.”
Oh sweet lord baby Jebus keep this rapping wrestler away from our star spangled hero.
